Returns & Exchanges

Ermanno Scervino offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your official Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Ermanno Scervino box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience, or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
